PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

After over 20 years in the business world, witnessing the profound impact of the pandemic on our society, I chose to return to graduate school and pursue my calling to become a therapist. I am driven by a strong passion for helping others, particularly children and parents.

APPROACH TO THERAPY

I take an individualized and Person-Centered approach. I enjoy utilizing a variety of techniques from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Parent Coaching.
