Behavioral Health Therapist I
The Behavioral Health Therapist I plays a pivotal role within the Beyond Dreams Therapy team at the Colorado Dream Foundation, supporting clients' behavioral and mental health needs from ages 5 through adulthood. They act as advocates for youth and families on their caseload and within the broader program of the Colorado Dream Foundation. Essential to this role is the ability to work independently and collaboratively in small team settings, demonstrating strong ethical and clinical skills. Proficiency in managing caseloads, meeting productivity targets, and adapting communication across diverse environments are also vital qualities. The Behavioral Health Therapist I will report to the Therapeutic Services Manager and collaborate across the organization to address community needs.
Clinical Social Worker & Assistant Site Lead
The Clinical Social Worker & Assistant Site Leader is a key member of Colorado Dream Foundation's Organizational Leadership Team with a focus on supporting the social and emotional development of youth enrolled in the program, managing the daily operation of the program alongside the Site Lead, promoting a program climate and culture conducive to youth's learning and development, and supporting the engagement of key stakeholders to ensure the effective collaboration across all relevant partners to ensure the success of youth at program, at school, at home, and in the community. Additionally, this position manages a group of master-level interns and advocates for all youth and families in our program. Clinical Social Worker & Assistant Site Leader will report to the Site Leader, OST for site-related responsibilities and the Senior Director of Emotional Wellness for clinical and internship oversight.
