PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

My journey to becoming a therapist began with working at summer camps and on conservation corps, where I enjoyed leading groups and helping people work toward their goals, just as I had been helped myself. Drawn to psychology for my Bachelor's degree due to my fascination with social behavior, I later benefited from personal therapy that helped me accommodate my ADHD and improve my relationships. Driven by compassion and curiosity, my mission is to serve the community and ensure everyone has equitable access to excellent mental health care.

APPROACH TO THERAPY

My therapeutic specialties include being relational, integrative, client-centered, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+/queer-affirming, and culturally humble.
