PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
I love exploring what it means to be human—messy, meaningful, and everything in between—alongside the people I work with. Having spent much of my life in roles centered around care and mentorship, stepping into counseling felt like a natural next chapter. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow
APPROACH TO THERAPY
My approach to therapy is relational at its core—I believe healing happens through connection, trust, and authentic human relationships. I incorporate tools from both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic frameworks, helping clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships while also exploring deeper roots of their experiences. Together, we work toward insight, growth, and meaningful change.
