PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

Working through my own mental health issues introduced me to the therapy profession. Now with experience as a therapist intern, I've grown to love working with people, helping individuals navigate times of crisis, and helping clients learn new tools to create the life they want to lead.

APPROACH TO THERAPY

I have a person-focused approach to therapy, guided by play and art therapy, narrative therapy, CBT, and ACT principles. I utilize mindful movement and breathing techniques in-session with clients to support grounding abilities in and out of the therapy room.
