PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

I am originally from Colorado and a mom of two, and I come from a large family myself. I have always been drawn to helping and supporting others emotionally. Growing up in a large family, I often found myself trying to support those around me. Life is messy and chaotic, and I often find myself striving to make sense of the chaos.

APPROACH TO THERAPY

I view therapy as a collaborative process and approach it from a person-centered perspective. I believe therapy should be guided by your needs and interests. I work alongside my clients and their families to help them reach their goals.
