PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

With experience in Wilderness Therapy, Residential Treatment, and hospital settings, I’ve seen the many ways healing can take shape. As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, I also believe deeply in the connection between mind and body in the therapeutic process. My own journey with therapy has had a profound impact on my life, and it’s what inspires me to walk alongside others as they navigate their own paths. I’m committed to creating a supportive, grounded space where clients feel empowered, seen, and heard!

APPROACH TO THERAPY

My approach is rooted in person-centered care, creating a space where clients feel truly seen and accepted for who they are. I often draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build awareness, connect with their values, and take meaningful steps toward growth. I also believe therapy should be flexible and collaborative, and I’m always open to exploring tools and approaches that best support each client’s unique journey.

COMMUNITIES

I enjoy working with teens and young adults with no preference for specific communities and identities.

PERSONAL INTERESTS

Outside of the therapy space, I find joy in hiking, camping, and practicing yoga, all of which help me stay grounded and connected to nature. I also love playing guitar, spending quality time with friends and family, and relaxing with my adventure-loving dog by my side.
